The Method · In Motion

David, on the gym floor.

The full method — six disciplines, real personal records, the WeckMethod lineage, and 20 self-recorded demo clips. This is what every block looks like when David programs it for himself.

The Method

Six disciplines. One athlete.

Most coaches pick a lane — bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, running. David programs all of them, on purpose, in the right ratios for your goal.

Olympic Lifts

Snatch and clean & jerk are the most efficient way to build full-body power. We teach them safely, scaled to where you are today.

Kettlebell Mastery

Single-arm work that builds bulletproof shoulders, a strong posterior chain, and the kind of conditioning a treadmill can't touch.

Rotational Movement (RMT)

Trained in David Weck's Rotational Movement Training. The body is a spiral — coiled gait, ground force, and weight shift drive every athletic skill. Most coaches miss this entirely.

Calisthenics

Pull-ups, dips, levers, handstands. Bodyweight strength that travels with you and exposes every weak link in your chain.

Sprints

Top-end speed work that adds muscle, drops body fat, and makes you feel 10 years younger. Track or hill, your choice.

Long Runs

An aerobic base unlocks recovery between sets, between sessions, and between hard weeks. We program it like it matters.

He hits them too.

The lineage

Trained in the WeckMethod tradition.

Most coaches see strength in straight lines. David studies under David Weck — inventor of the BOSU and creator of Rotational Movement Training (RMT®). The body is built to spiral. Run, throw, swing, sprint, lift — every athletic act is rotational at its core.

Weave that lens into Olympic lifting, kettlebells, calisthenics, and conditioning, and you get a body that performs in three dimensions, not two. That's the program David builds for every client.

Credentialed. Continuously studying.

Certifications matter only as a floor. David studies under top names in strength, mobility, and nutrition — and the program you get is the result.
